In the rare event, if a product is not as per your expectation then please contact sales@hardiksom.in. We shall try to provide the best help possible. Products with different batches can have variance in color, texture, taste and smell. HardikSom makes natural products and every batch can have variations. The quality of the product and the ingredients are however the same as mentioned on the product. HardikSom does not compromise on the product quality and ensures the highest quality standards are followed. HardikSom will be unable to accept return or refund on factors like color, texture, taste and smell not meeting the expectations.

In Case Of Damaged, Spoiled And Missing Products:
- HardikSom Farm needs to be notified of damaged product within 5 days from delivery date via email to sales@HardikSom.in
- In the email, order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product to be sent.
- In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
- We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly and we will work with you on providing an amicable solution.
- Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders once placed through www.hardiksom.in can not be cancelled and no refunds will be made once and order has been successfully placed through www.hardiksom.in
